Incentive on Airline Tickets
International :
First & Executive Class - 25% Incentive on market fares (except FR SALE / CLR SALE fares ex USA)
Economy Class - 10% on applicable market fares.
Domestic :
Executive class - 15%
Economy class - 10% on the Easy level (All fares except Advance Purchase) fares.
Above discounts are applicable only on the Basic fare component of the ticket price.The ticket code for all these tickets would be " IIT 2010"
Procedure to claim incentives :

The Incentives would be applicable to the delegates and their families,only on production of Proof of Registration for the event ( for the delegates) and passport for the family members. |

The above incentives will be given to the passengers in the form of MCOs (vouchers) which can be exchanged for travel on AI-IC domestic services only.No cash incentive would be given. |

Delegates and their family members, traveling from foreign countries into India, would be entitled to the above incentives if travel is between Sep 2010 - Nov 2010. Delegates travelling from USA to India, must travel transatlantic sector on Air India Services. |

Delegates and their family members traveling from other Indian cities into Delhi, would be entitled to the above incentive if travel is between 15 Oct 2010 - 15 Nov 2010.The incentive will be given only if passenger is holding Air India documents. |

The incentive will be calculated on AI retention on the basis of the basic fare written on the face value of the ticket .Incase of International tickets, the incentive in the form of MCOs (vouchers) will be disbursed on the spot, on production of boarding card,tickets and registration proof. Such vouchers may be used for buying tickets on the domestic sectors on AI domestic services ,for self or family. |
Domestic tickets - the incentive / MCO due can be availed off at point of purchase, if you chose to buy your ticket directly from any AI office across India. You would be required to produce the Registration proof, and proof of relationship, for availing discount for family members.
The Free tickets against these MCOs must be utilised latest by 31 March 2011.
